We prioritize an efficient flow from our warehouse to your door. Our logistics framework is built on the following schedule:

  • Processing: We require 1 business day to verify your order, package the item, and hand it over to our shipping partners.
  • Transit: Once dispatched, the delivery timeline is 1 to 2 business days.
  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase freely while the item is still in our facility. However, once the product is with the logistics team, the delivery must be completed.
  • Payment Method: We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis . You will pay the full amount at your doorstep. We do not apply any hidden charges or shipping fees; the price you see is the final amount due.

We maintain a 30-day return policy that starts the moment the item is delivered. This policy is strictly for instances where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Process: Email us at support@nexcalviro.com to report an issue. We will arrange a courier pickup at our own expense.
  • Inspection: Once we receive the item, we take 24 hours to inspect its condition.
  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement if the item is in stock. If a replacement is not possible due to availability or if the damage is irreparable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refund Method: Since we use COD, we will request your bank details via email and perform a bank transfer. Funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 6 business days .
  • Restocking: There are no restocking fees.
  • Finality: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We ask that you ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before finalizing your order.
